PLA Easy Go BQ has combined the unique design of its coils with one of the fastest and most innovative winding systems in the world: fiber optic sensors define the exact position of the coil and place it in the winding line, where the filament is wound at a speed and with a millimetrically calculated movement of the shafts. The result is an excellent finish that makes the PLA glide smoothly throughout the entire print run.
- Easy to use PLA (poly-lactic acid) is the most practical material to get you into 3D printing for the first time. It is easy to use, offers high adhesion and is particularly suitable for long-lasting prints.
- It quickly solidifies: During printing, each layer must be sufficiently cooled when the head is once again depositing molten filament on it. By solidifying quickly, our PLA offers higher print quality on low volume parts without sacrificing speed.
- Minimal thermal stress deformation: Thermal stress occurs when there is a temperature difference between several zones of the same part. In 3D printing, this translates into the bulging of the first layers due to the thermal difference between the bed (ambient temperature) and the filament (around 190-220ºC). BQ s PLA has minimal thermal stress deformation, helping to reduce warping.
- Excellent adhesion even without a warm bed: BQ PLA offers excellent adhesion even without a hot bed, only with common adhesion methods such as lacquer, tape or Fixpad.
- Biodegradable and perfect for home use.

Its coils are 100% PLA of the highest quality, a completely biodegradable material since no petroleum derivatives are used in its production: PLA is generated by polymerization of lactic acid from the fermentation of sugars derived from vegetables. And unlike other materials, it doesn t give off uncomfortable odors, making it ideal for home use.
